Discuss the porch goals
We hold a project consultation to understand access, use, layout preferences, finish goals, and budget before preparing the scope.
We plan and build porches around your home's access, layout, and daily use. Our full-service remodeling team manages design, construction, finishes, and handover.
A planned entry creates a more usable transition between the building and outdoors.
New decking, steps, and railings can address worn access points within the agreed project scope.
Finish selections give the porch a consistent connection to the home's interior and exterior.
Porch Construction is a building service that creates or rebuilds an outdoor platform, entry, or covered living area.

Porch construction starts with the way people enter, leave, and use the property. We review the porch location, connection to the building, walking surfaces, steps, railings, and finish goals. The scope may include layout changes, flooring, painting, fixtures, and other finish work. Structural choices must support the intended use, while the final design should fit the property's exterior and the client's budget. Our recommendation is to settle the porch layout before choosing decorative finishes. A clear plan reduces changes after framing, stairs, and railings are in place.

Best remodel experience we have ever had. The oversight, careful workmanship and ownership of the project was above expectations. Our design team was amazing. We also had the same person do all the work start to finish and was a total Pro. Could not recommend enough and will be doing any and all projects through them. This place is a gem.
After experiencing water damage in our home, we needed to replace all our flooring, some kitchen cabinets, and redo our primary bath. Linda and her team truly saved the day after a disappointing experience with another contractor. She worked closely with us to choose the perfect tiles for our bathroom and find flooring that suited our home. Her contractors did exceptional work, from leveling the floors to installation and cabinet remaking, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Linda answered all our questions along the way, and we cannot speak highly enough of the work she and her team performed!
Overall I enjoyed working with Linda and her team. Even though there were no major redesign of spaces and I knew exactly what tile/fixtures/cabinets etc I wanted I still was appreciative of her insight on certain details and choices. It was very easy to collaborate with her. She makes an effort to be in-tune with a client. She was very responsive and took care of everything that needed attention as soon as she was able too. She made sure that I was listened to and taken care of as a client with her subcontractors. I would work with her again.
Is your porch worn, cramped, or unfinished? Request an estimate for a porch construction plan that fits your property, access needs, and finish goals.

A porch with soft boards or loose railings needs more than a finish change. The framing, posts, steps, and walking surface all affect safe daily access. In Sammamish, a homeowner can start by noting movement, soft spots, and water marks, then share photos and goals during a project consultation. We’ll use that information to shape the construction scope and estimate.
A narrow entry can make seating, deliveries, and guest access difficult. The key decision is how the porch should connect to the building and the path beyond it. We’ll discuss the desired use, review the layout, and plan construction with the right walking surfaces, steps, railings, and finishes. A documented scope helps keep design choices tied to that purpose.
A commercial client may need a porch or entry remodel while managing staff, visitors, and daily access. The work plan should identify the active entry, construction limits, and finish sequence before work begins. We’ll discuss disruption concerns, document the agreed scope, and coordinate the construction and handover around the property's operating needs.
